Sometimes ticket emails are stopped by spam filters, especially when using Hotmail, Live, or Outlook addresses.
First check your junk/spam filter .
If you still can't find your ticket, please contact the box office.
If you have the opportunity, we recommend using an email address other than Hotmail/Live/Outlook when purchasing tickets.
Purchased tickets will only be refunded if the performance is cancelled.
The ticket fee is non-refundable (it is a service fee that goes towards operating the ticket system and payment solutions).
Ticket fee is always included in the ticket price.
Companion ID : Valid ID must be presented.
Group : Applies to 10 people or more.
Riksteatret : May have group discounts for four or more.

When purchasing discounted tickets with membership from partners, a valid membership card must be presented at the door.
Festiviteten should be open and accessible to everyone.
We have 10 companion tickets per performance .
Companions are admitted free of charge, but you must show a valid companion ID when collecting your ticket.
You only pay for your own ticket.
Find the event you want tickets for on festiviteten .
Send an email to festiviteten and ask to reserve a seat for you and your companion. Remember to state if you need a wheelchair space or have other seating needs.
Pick up your tickets at the box office no later than half an hour before the performance. Bring your companion ID.
To ensure the best possible seating, we need information about the size of your wheelchair when you book your ticket. This is especially true for large wheelchairs, as space may be limited.
Festiviteten The concert hall is equipped with a Phonak Roger Mylink telecoil . Most modern hearing aids can receive the signal directly.
