Nordic Floyd – ANIMALS + CLASSICS!

Description:

Animals + ClassicsIn 2027, The Nordic Floyd Show (TNFS) is back with its most extensive production ever: ANIMALS + CLASSICS!

Here you get a brutal and intensely beautiful interpretation of the album ANIMALS - the fan favorite from the golden age that has its 50th anniversary.

Who would have thought that the album's theme is at least as relevant today? As always, TNFS also delivers a new and rich section with fantastic Floyd gems, both the immortal and greatest, but also some exclusive diamonds from the treasury of one of the world's greatest bands. The Nordic Floyd Show is something as rare as a tribute with a unique character - that searches into the heartstrings, delivers goosebumps and euphoria in a magnificent multimedia show! It is not without reason that TNFS grew up to the very Opera House in Oslo - as the first and so far only Floyd tribute on Norway's iconic national stage! The recipe for success is always the same: grab the audience by the heartstrings, and deliver intense, detailed, musical and visual rawness with a magical nerve that makes you hold your breath! About TNFS: Norway's legendary Pink Floyd tribute, The Nordic Floyd Show (formerly DarkSide of the Wall/DSOTW Norway) has already achieved nirvana: to be approved by its own idols. Dark Side of the Wall is the band that Roger Waters believes is "F***ing brilliant", and who have played to full houses for over 20 years, including as the first and so far only Floyd tribute show in the very Opera House in Oslo (2024). Bergens Tidende has described the show as "Magnificent and impressive in every way" and "...an impressive performance that absolutely belongs to the very best of its kind." The band's lifelong love for Pink Floyd's music turned into an energy bomb from the first rehearsal. Since then, Helge Nyheim (vocals/drums), Bjarte Aasmul (guitar/vocals), Kai Taule (bass/vocals) and Dag Øivind Rebnord (keyboards/visual fx) have developed the concept into an amazing multimedia performance. They have collaborated with guest artists such as Ian Ritchie (UK, Roger Waters' band), Sharon Gaynor (IRL, Breathe), Tine Taule and others.
