In 2026, the Vibran Men's Choir will mark a rare and honorable anniversary. It is one hundred years since the foundation of today's choir was laid, through the merger of the Haugaland Men's Choir and the Karmsund Men's Choir. The oldest founding date, June 16, 1926, stands as a historical anchor point for a choir that has proudly carried the men's choir tradition for a century.
Throughout these hundred years, the choir has had a clear and unwavering purpose: to be a community of singing brothers who stand together in camaraderie, joy and song. Music has always been our common strength – a means to strengthen unity, lift voices and create moments that touch both performer and audience.
It is therefore with deep gratitude and sweeping pride that we invite you to the anniversary concert. In respect of tradition, and in the desire to share the celebration with our entire region, we have chosen to make the concert available to everyone. The ticket price is set at only NOK 100. (+NOK 30 in fee)
We warmly welcome you to a festive occasion where we can share in the treasures of song, history, and a community that has carried the Vibran Men's Choir forward for a hundred years - and which will carry us forward.
