DADDY'S LITTLE SON by author and actor Sven Henriksen is a monologue performance in which the author himself is on stage. He tells the story of his own childhood and upbringing with an abusive father in the fundamentalist sect Jehovah's Witnesses.

The book received great national attention when it was published in 2023, and received honorable mention and fine reviews. And now the author himself has dramatized it for the stage. In the performance, we are taken back to the early 1960s and follow the little boy who is subjected to his father's violence, is baptized into Jehovah's Witnesses, and later manages to break free and come out to a life of freedom that will not prove to be problem-free. This is a story about a strong little person who manages to get up time after time and finally manages to find his place, his great love and a career as an actor and writer.
