Description:

TIME from lyrics by Lars Saabye Christensen and songs by Steinar Raknes. For a year, Raknes and Christensen have been working together on the album "Time", which will be released in December this year.

These are songs that are about time; the time we live in, the time we have, the time we get, the time we have left and the time the world has left. Raknes brings with them some of the country's best musicians, and with a love for roots music, Americana, blues and Norwegian folk tradition they have created a beautiful album, which will be released in the fall.

The band is acoustic and consists of:

Steinar Raknes - double bass/vocals Andreas Utnem - tree organ

Per Oddvar Johansen - drums/saw

Lars Saabye Christensen - poetry, reading (On the record is Mickey Raphael on harmonica, from the Willie Nelson band)
